ENE Strategies was co-founded by my father, Jesús Villaseñor and me, Adriana Villaseñor, to help business leaders make smarter decisions and grow with confidence.
The name “ENE” reflects growth and opportunity: It’s the compass point midway between northeast and east, symbolizing forward direction and progress - for business. Also, in Spanish, it can represent an indeterminate number - of strategies.
My father coached CEOs for 20 years, showing me the power of guidance and peer support — an experience that shaped my path as a coach. With over 50 years in leadership roles, including at the National Bank of Mexico, he helped modernize Mexico’s industry by creating a fund that gave businesses access to financing to grow and innovate. He also shared his wisdom as a professor, international speaker, and author. His legacy continues to inspire everything we do at ENE Strategies.
I’m Adriana Villaseñor — a business strategist, certified coach, and entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience helping businesses grow. I’ve been an entrepreneur myself, and for more than 10 years, I’ve coached founders to scale effectively, make smarter decisions, and reach milestones like their first million in revenue.
My career spans startups and Fortune 500 companies like IKEA and Walmart, where I led innovation, transformation, and cost-saving initiatives. I’ve also served as COO of a retail tech startup, bringing deep expertise across operations, supply chain, product development, marketing, and strategy.
I hold an MBA, an MSc in Global Textile Marketing, multiple diplomas in business and project evaluation, and am a Certified Supply Chain Management Professional and Certified Coach Practitioner.
